ZHME is a specialized winch manufacturer located in Ningbo, Zhejiang province, which is the most developed area in Chang-jiang and the economic hub of China. Our facilities cover an area of 15,500 square meters, including over 15,000 square meters of factory space and offices for our 200+ employees.
We have state-of-the-art assembly lines in our manufacturing plant, 4 die-casting machines and 64 CNC machines, along with in-house precision die-casting, CNC machining, heat treatment, polishing, high-pressure cleaning, and finishing facilities. Our winch industry-leading testing facilities include advanced and fully-automated intelligent electric motor and winch testing equipment, ensuring the highest standards of product reliability and durability.
Since our establishment in 1995, ZHME has been committed to a progressive and intensive research and development program to improve winch design using the latest technology. We have obtained more than 100 patents for our numerous improved winch design features, In particular, the electromagnetic clutch patent (FR series), gearbox end brake patent (FE series), full waterproof patent (Man, X and E series), elevator patent(T1000), etc. And we consistently strive to maintain our unmatched build quality and exceptional value.
Currently, ZHME offers a comprehensive range of winch products and is actively developing more, including efficient hydraulic winches for commercial and military markets. With a production capacity of 100,000 winches per year, we are one of the largest winch manufacturers in China. Our winches are exported to Europe, North America, Australia, and many other countries, both under our own brand and as OEMs for top names in the industry.
